"Do not support this office. I recently had an exchange with the owner and it was very poorly handled by her. I mentioned to her that I wasn’t able to get clarification on my policy and because of my multiple attempts to clarify she suggested to cancel the policy. I told her that her staff may not all be educated on the policy because of my multiple conversations that resulted in being told several different things. I’ve been with this office for awhile and would highly recommend that you do your research on this office.

The owner should not be so unprofessional and handle customers poorly. Especially in times of miscommunication, you should not have to deal with poor treatment. I happily switched my agents and glad I didn’t listen to her advice to cancel my policy because other offices were more than willing to help."

"OMG did Lisa come through for me! My previous state of residence VA had (unknowingly to me) suspended my license for an insurance issue 8 years ago! I only found out when my GA drivers license came due for renewal. My past insurance agent couldn't even find me as a customer even though I was with him for 2 years.
