"Jasmine is absolutely amazing!!!

We bought a new vehicle and needed insurance coverage to be effective the same day. Like most people, I shopped around for quotes and found that State Farm offered the best rates. The only issue was that the online system automatically set the policy’s effective date a few days out, and we needed coverage immediately.

I emailed the office associated with the quote and was so fortunate to connect with Lisa Torres and Jasmine Pierre-Lys. Jasmine responded almost immediately, and we ended up speaking on the phone for about 30 minutes. She was incredibly patient, professional, and thorough. She walked me through the different coverage options, explained what she felt was most appropriate for me, my vehicle, and my situation, and adjusted everything accordingly.

She made the entire process incredibly easy. By the end of the call, all I had to do was click a few links in my email to verify and approve everything and then set up my profile in the State Farm app. Just like that, my auto insurance was effective that same day, and I already had my insurance cards, receipts, and policy documents in hand.

Jasmine made what could have been a stressful, time-sensitive process completely seamless. I really appreciated how responsive she was and how much time she took to make sure everything was set up correctly rather than rushing through the process.

Another great benefit with State Farm is the opportunity to receive an additional discount by completing an eligible defensive driving course, which Jasmine also helped explain.
